Every user accepts the Terms of Use once, at registration. The Terms of Use incorporate the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Processing Agreement and contain the provisions for free accounts and connected accounts.

A paying organisation additionally accepts the Subscription Agreement at purchase, together with Schedule 1 (Service Levels) and Schedule 2 (Data Processing Agreement). The Order Form records the tier, fees, term and the document versions accepted.

In case of conflict: Order Form › Subscription Agreement › Schedule 1 › Terms of Use › Acceptable Use Policy. Schedule 2 prevails in matters concerning personal data.
