SUB-PROCESSORS

Prduct ApS uses the following sub-processors to deliver the services defined in the Terms of Use according to the principles listed in the Data Processing Agreement.

What Are Sub-Processors?

Sub-processors are third-party service providers we engage to process personal data on behalf of our customers. All sub-processors are contractually bound to GDPR compliance and data protection standards.

Notification of Changes

We will notify customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing any sub-processor. You may object to changes on reasonable data protection grounds.

Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg Hosting of services and artificial intelligence Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides cloud infrastructure and computing services, including storage, networking, databases, analytics, and security tools. AWS acts as a data processor, processing customer data—including personal data—based on the instructions of the customer (the data controller). Processing includes activities such as data hosting, storage, transfer, backup, and other operations necessary to run cloud-based applications. AWS does not access or use customer content except as necessary to maintain the services or as legally required. The processing is governed by AWS’s Data Processing Addendum, which includes Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers and commitments to GDPR compliance.
Intercom R&D Unlimited Company 124 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, D02 C628, Ireland Support and Sales Intercom provides customer messaging and support services, processing personal data such as user identifiers, communication metadata, and behavioral analytics on behalf of its customers. This processing is conducted in accordance with Intercom’s Data Processing Agreement, which outlines the scope and nature of data handling activities.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited One Microsoft Place, South Country Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 12, D18 P521, Ireland Support and Sales Microsoft Outlook, as part of Microsoft’s suite of services, processes personal data including email content, calendar entries, contact information, and usage data. The processing activities are governed by Microsoft’s Products and Services Data Protection Addendum (DPA), which sets forth the obligations regarding data processing and security measures.

This includes storage, com-putation, and networking services that may handle cus-tomer data. The processing is conducted under the terms of Microsoft’s Products and Services Data Protection Addendum (DPA), which details the data protection and security commitments for Azure services
