Prduct Starter · Self-serve plan

The full Prduct platform, self-serve, for small companies.

Product data, supplier documentation and EU compliance work in one place - at a fixed price, without an implementation project. Open to any company; the limits are on usage, not on who you are.

  • Same platform our enterprise customers run on - not a stripped-down edition
  • Live in days, with help-center guides and email support instead of an onboarding project
  • Grow with usage packs or into Essential whenever you are ready; unused time is credited

Who it is for

Built for small companies that want to run it themselves.

Starter has no eligibility criteria - any company can buy it. It is sized for a small team with a manageable product range that wants the real platform, support when needed, and a clear path to grow.

A small team

Up to 10 users on one legal entity. Enough for product, purchasing, quality and compliance to work in the same place.

A manageable range

Up to 250 products, 25 suppliers and 25 customers - with usage packs when a dimension grows faster than the rest.

Room to grow

Starter, Essential, Premium and Enterprise share one data model. Moving up changes your limits and service, never your data.

Starter covers one legal entity. Groups and subsidiaries belong on Enterprise. Companies under 10 people and €2M revenue can get the same plan without support at half price as Prduct Micro.

Scope

What is in, and what is not.

No surprises: Starter is the platform with self-serve onboarding and email support under the Starter-tier SLA. Everything that requires a project from our side sits in the higher plans.

Included in Starter

  • Product data management - structured product, component and packaging data with attributes and documents
  • Supplier and customer connections - invite partners to deliver and receive data and documentation directly
  • Compliance tracking - map your products to the EU requirements that apply (EUDR, PPWR/EPR and more)
  • Document storage - 2,500 other documents and 5 GB of assets, at the level they belong
  • API and automation - 5,000 API requests, 500 MCP requests and 5,000 business-rule executions per month
  • AI credits - 100 per month for document checks and analysis
  • Data export - CSV/Excel export of your data at any time
  • Single sign-on (SSO) - included on every paid plan
  • Help center and email support - Monday to Friday, 9:00-16:00 CET, under the Starter-tier SLA

Not included

  • Onboarding, implementation or data-migration projects
  • Dedicated contact person, phone support or guaranteed resolution times
  • Service credits or compensation for downtime
  • Custom contracts, negotiated terms or changes to the data processing agreement
  • Additional legal entities, subsidiaries or shared workspaces
  • Legal or regulatory advice - the platform structures your work; you own the obligation

Need a hand? Book expert hours at €200 / hour (excl. VAT), billed after the fact. Technical and practical help - never compliance advice.

Service level, plainly

What we aim for - and what we do not promise.

Starter runs on the same infrastructure as every other Prduct plan. The difference between plans is what happens when something goes wrong: Starter has targets and a support channel, but no service credits. Here is the short version of the Starter-tier SLA.

Read the full Starter SLA
Uptime
99.0% monthly target. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure and third-party infrastructure failures are excluded. No service credits.
Support
Email and chat, Monday-Friday 9:00-16:00 CET, excluding Danish public holidays. Requests are handled after Essential, Premium and Enterprise tickets.
Response targets
Critical (service down, data loss, security): 24 business hours. High (major feature unavailable): 48 business hours. Standard: 96 business hours. Response means first contact, not resolution.
Security
AWS hosting in the EU, two-factor authentication, TLS 1.2+ encryption. Controls aligned with ISO 27001 (certification in progress). Same infrastructure as every other Prduct plan.
Your data
Regular backups. Export in CSV/Excel at any time. Master data is retained while the subscription is active; after cancellation, data is available for export for 30 days.
Term and notice
12-month term, renewed annually. Cancel with 90 days' notice before renewal. Prices may be adjusted at renewal by up to 10%.

This is a summary for orientation only. The Starter-tier SLA and the subscription terms are the binding documents.

How it works

From request to live workspace in three steps.

1 Tell us who you are

Company name, registration number and the person signing. We reply with a fixed offer and a link to the terms, SLA and data processing agreement - the same for everyone.

2 Accept the terms

You accept by replying to the offer. No negotiation, no custom paperwork - that is what keeps the price where it is.

3 Pay the invoice, get access

The first year is invoiced up front. Your workspace is activated when payment is registered, usually within 1-2 banking days, and the help center takes you from there.

When you grow

Starter is a starting point, not a ceiling.

Limits are enforced in the product, so you always know where you stand. When you get close, add a usage pack or move up to Essential - we reach out first, and moving up is a conversation, not a renegotiation.

  • One dimension outgrowing the rest? Add a usage pack: +100 suppliers or customers for €100 / month, +1,000 products or +10,000 documents for €50, +1 user for €25.
  • Hit several limits? Essential (€935 / month) has unlimited users, 250 suppliers, 2,500 products and 100,000 API requests.
  • Upgrading mid-term? The unused part of your prepayment is credited against the new plan.
  • Need a module? EUDR, DPP, PPWR and the data-pool connectors can be added to Starter at list price.

Questions we get about Starter

Is Starter a limited version of Prduct?

No. It is the same platform and the same core modules our larger customers use. What is limited is scale (10 users, 250 products, 25 suppliers, 25 customers, one legal entity) and service (email support under the Starter-tier SLA, no onboarding project).

Who can buy Starter?

Any company. There are no eligibility criteria - the limits are on usage, not on company size. If you are under 10 people and under €2M revenue, Prduct Micro gives you the same plan without support at €200 a month.

What is the difference between Starter and Micro?

Same product, same limits. Starter is €400 a month, open to everyone, and includes email support and the Starter-tier SLA. Micro is €200, only for companies that meet the eligibility criteria, and has no support and no SLA.

Can I pay monthly?

Starter is €400 per month, invoiced annually in advance (€4,800 excl. VAT) with a 12-month term. Annual invoicing is part of what keeps the price low. Monthly card payment is on our roadmap.

What happens if I exceed a limit?

Limits are enforced in the product. When you approach one, we contact you about a usage pack or the next plan before any functionality is restricted. Packs are added to the same invoice; if you upgrade mid-term, the unused part of your prepayment is credited.

What does 99.0% uptime actually mean for me?

It is a target we work towards, not a guarantee. If we miss it, there are no service credits or compensation on Starter - that is the trade-off for the price. Scheduled maintenance and third-party infrastructure failures are excluded from the figure.

Can I get help setting up?

The help center is written for self-service, and email support is there for questions along the way. If you want hands-on help, you can book expert hours at €200 per hour (excl. VAT), billed after the fact - technical and practical hours, not legal or regulatory advice.

Does using Prduct make my company compliant?

The platform structures your product, supplier and documentation data so regulatory work becomes manageable. It is not legal advice, and it does not take over your obligations under EUDR, PPWR, producer-responsibility rules or other legislation. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data and submissions.

How do I cancel?

The plan runs in 12-month terms and renews annually. Cancel by email with 90 days' notice before the renewal date. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.
