Micro is our startup program: the same platform and the same usage limits as Starter, at €200 instead of €400 a month. The trade: you qualify on company size, and you run it yourself - no support, no service level, as is.

  • €200 a month instead of €400, for as long as you meet the criteria
  • Self-serve only: help center, no support, no service level agreement

Apply for Prduct Micro

Only for companies that meet the three criteria below. Same usage limits as Starter; no support or SLA.

Who qualifies

Three simple criteria. If you meet them, the price is yours.

Micro exists so small companies can start on the same platform as their larger customers. To keep it that way, you confirm three things when you apply - and we may check them against public company registers.

Fewer than 10 employees

Counted as full-time equivalents across the whole company, including part-time staff.

Under €2M annual revenue

Based on your latest financial year. Newly founded companies qualify on their current-year forecast.

Independently owned

Not majority-owned by, or part of a group with, a company that would not qualify on its own.

Micro covers one legal entity and your own products, suppliers and customers - it is not for running compliance work on behalf of clients. Existing Prduct customers cannot move down to Micro. If you do not qualify, Starter is the same plan with support and an SLA, open to everyone.

Scope

What is in, and what is not.

Micro is the platform as it is. Everything that involves people from our side - support, service levels, onboarding - is what you give up for the price.

Included in Micro

  • Product data management - structured product, component and packaging data with attributes and documents
  • Supplier and customer connections - invite partners to deliver and receive data and documentation directly
  • Compliance tracking - map your products to the EU requirements that apply (EUDR, PPWR/EPR and more)
  • Document storage - 2,500 other documents and 5 GB of assets, at the level they belong
  • API and automation - 5,000 API requests, 500 MCP requests and 5,000 business-rule executions per month
  • AI credits - 100 per month for document checks and analysis
  • Data export - CSV/Excel export of your data at any time
  • Single sign-on (SSO) - included on every paid plan
  • Help center - self-service guides, no ticket queue

Not included in Micro

  • Email or chat support, response times or a support queue of any kind
  • Uptime target, service credits or compensation for downtime
  • Onboarding, implementation or data-migration projects
  • Custom contracts, negotiated terms or changes to the data processing agreement
  • Additional legal entities, subsidiaries or shared workspaces
  • Legal or regulatory advice - the platform structures your work; you own the obligation

Need a hand anyway? Expert hours are available at €200 / hour (excl. VAT), billed after the fact - technical and practical help, never compliance advice. If you expect to need help regularly, Starter is the better fit.

Service level, plainly

There is none - and we say so up front.

Micro runs on the same infrastructure as every other Prduct plan, and in practice it is just as stable. What you do not get is any commitment: no uptime target, no support channel, no response times, no compensation. If that matters to you, Starter has the Starter-tier SLA for €200 more a month.

See what Starter adds
Uptime
No target and no guarantee. We run Micro on the same infrastructure as Starter and Premium, but we make no commitment and pay no service credits.
Support
Help center only. There is no email or chat support on Micro. Expert hours can be booked at €200 / hour if you need a hand.
Response times
None. Security incidents affecting all customers are handled for everyone at once; individual requests are not answered on Micro.
Security
AWS hosting in the EU, two-factor authentication, TLS 1.2+ encryption. Controls aligned with ISO 27001 (certification in progress). Same infrastructure as every other Prduct plan.
Your data
Regular backups. Export in CSV/Excel at any time. Master data is retained while the subscription is active; after cancellation, data is available for export for 30 days.
Term and notice
12-month term, renewed annually. Cancel with 90 days' notice before renewal. Prices may be adjusted at renewal by up to 10%.

The subscription terms are the binding document for Micro. No service level agreement applies.

How it works

From application to live workspace in three steps.

1 Apply with your company details

Company name, registration number and the person signing. We check the three criteria against public registers and reply with a fixed offer and a link to the terms and data processing agreement - the same for everyone.

2 Confirm eligibility and accept

You confirm the criteria and accept the terms by replying to the offer. No negotiation, no custom paperwork - that is what keeps the price where it is.

3 Pay the invoice, get access

The first year is invoiced up front. Your workspace is activated when payment is registered, usually within 1-2 banking days, and the help center takes you from there.

When you grow

Micro is where you start, not where you stay.

Limits are enforced in the product, so you always know where you stand. When you outgrow a limit or the eligibility criteria, you move to Starter or up - and the unused part of your prepayment comes with you.

  • Hit a limit? Add usage packs, or move to Starter or Essential - we contact you before anything is restricted.
  • Want support after all? Switch to Starter at any time; the unused part of your prepayment is credited.
  • No longer eligible? Tell us; we move you to Starter at renewal at the regular price.
  • Eligibility information turns out to be wrong? We may end the subscription or invoice the difference to Starter for the whole term.

Questions we get about Micro

What is the difference between Micro and Starter?

Nothing in the product. Micro and Starter have the same platform, the same modules and the same usage limits. Starter costs €400 a month, is open to any company and comes with email support and the Starter-tier SLA. Micro costs €200, is only for companies that meet the eligibility criteria, and has no support and no SLA.

Why is there an eligibility check?

Because the price only works if the plan stays with small companies. The three criteria - fewer than 10 employees, under €2M revenue, independently owned - keep it simple and objective. We may verify them against public company registers, and if the information turns out to be wrong we can end the subscription or invoice the difference to Starter.

Can I pay monthly?

Micro is €200 per month, invoiced annually in advance (€2,400 excl. VAT) with a 12-month term. Annual invoicing is part of what keeps the price low. Monthly card payment is on our roadmap.

What happens if I exceed a limit?

Limits are enforced in the product. When you approach one, we contact you about usage packs or the next plan before any functionality is restricted. If you upgrade mid-term, the unused part of your prepayment is credited.

What does "no SLA" mean in practice?

Micro runs on the same servers as every other plan, so in practice uptime is the same. The difference is that we make no commitment to you about it: no uptime target, no response times, no service credits. If something breaks, we fix it for everyone, but you have no support channel to ask about it.

Can I get help setting up?

The help center is written for self-service, and most Micro customers are up and running in days. If you want a hand, you can book expert hours at €200 per hour (excl. VAT), billed after the fact - technical and practical hours, not legal or regulatory advice. If you expect to need help regularly, Starter is the better plan.

Does using Prduct make my company compliant?

The platform structures your product, supplier and documentation data so regulatory work becomes manageable. It is not legal advice, and it does not take over your obligations under EUDR, PPWR, producer-responsibility rules or other legislation. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data and submissions.

How do I cancel?

The plan runs in 12-month terms and renews annually. Cancel by email with 90 days' notice before the renewal date. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.
