Who it is for

Built for companies where compliance is an operation, not a task.

Premium is for one legal entity with a large range, a broad supplier base and at least one regulation that has to be reported on every year - and for teams who need a service level they can put in front of their own management.

A large range

10,000 products, 500 suppliers and 250 customers, with 1,000,000 other documents and 1 TB of assets.

A regulation to report on

One module is included - most Premium customers choose EUDR or PPWR/EPR and add a second at list price.

A service level you can show your board

99.5% target with credits, 6/12/24 business-hour response targets, priority queue, continuous backups.

Premium covers one legal entity. Groups that need subsidiaries in one account, phone support or a named account manager are on Enterprise.

Scope

What is in, and what is not.

Premium is the platform, one module, guided onboarding and the Premium-tier SLA. Multi-entity setups and implementation projects sit on Enterprise.

Included in Premium

  • Product data management - structured product, component and packaging data with attributes and documents
  • Supplier and customer connections - invite partners to deliver and receive data and documentation directly
  • Compliance tracking - map your products to the EU requirements that apply (EUDR, PPWR/EPR and more)
  • Risk and due diligence - risk scoring, action cards and the supplier world map
  • One module included - EUDR, PPWR/EPR, DPP, Product Catalogue or a data-pool connector, your choice
  • Document storage - 1,000,000 other documents and 1 TB of assets
  • API and automation - 1,000,000 API requests, 50,000 MCP requests and 1,000,000 business-rule executions per month
  • AI credits - 2,000 per month for document checks and analysis
  • Guided onboarding - a structured start with our team instead of a self-serve checklist
  • Single sign-on (SSO) - included on every paid plan
  • Priority email and chat support - same queue as Enterprise, ahead of Essential and Starter

Not included

  • Additional legal entities or subsidiaries in one account (Enterprise)
  • Phone support, named account manager or quarterly reviews (Enterprise)
  • Data-migration and integration projects - available as expert hours or a scoped project
  • Further modules beyond the included one - added at list price
  • Legal or regulatory advice - the platform structures your work; you own the obligation

Expert hours for configuration and integration work are available at €200 / hour (excl. VAT), billed after the fact. Technical and practical help - never compliance advice.

Service level, plainly

99.5% - and it costs us money if we miss it.

Premium is the first plan with service credits: fall below 99.5% in a month and 5% of that month's fee is credited automatically, below 99.0% it is 10%. Response targets drop to 6 business hours for critical issues. Here is the short version of the Premium-tier SLA.

Read the full Premium SLA
Uptime
99.5% monthly target. Below 99.5%: 5% of the monthly fee credited. Below 99.0%: 10%. Credits are applied automatically on the next invoice.
Support
Priority email and chat, Monday-Friday 9:00-16:00 CET, excluding Danish public holidays. Same priority as Enterprise, ahead of Essential and Starter.
Response targets
Critical (service down, data loss, security): 6 business hours. High (major feature unavailable): 12 business hours. Normal: 24 business hours. Response means first reply, not resolution.
Security
AWS EU hosting with redundancy, 2FA enforced, TLS 1.3 encryption. Controls aligned with ISO 27001 (certification in progress).
Your data
Continuous backups. Priority export in CSV, Excel, JSON and XML. Master data retained while the subscription is active; communications retained 90 days.
Term and notice
12-month minimum, auto-renews. Cancel with 90 days' notice before renewal. Annual invoice, 30 days payment terms. Prices may be adjusted at renewal by up to 10%.

This is a summary for orientation only. The Premium-tier SLA and the subscription agreement are the binding documents.

How it works

From first conversation to live workspace.

1 Talk to us

A 45-minute call about your range, your suppliers and the regulation you need to report on. You leave with a written proposal: Premium, the module you pick, and any packs.

2 Sign the agreement

One subscription agreement, the Premium-tier SLA and the data processing agreement. Standard terms; the proposal is where the specifics live.

3 Guided onboarding

We set up your workspace, data model and module with you over the first weeks, invoice the first year, and hand over to priority support.

When you grow

Premium has headroom - and a clear step above it.

Metered limits are soft with a 110% fair-use tolerance; stock limits are extended with packs at the lowest pack prices. When you need several legal entities, SSO or a named account manager, Enterprise is the next step.

  • One dimension outgrowing the rest? Packs on Premium: +100 suppliers or customers €29, +1,000 products €29, +100,000 API requests €20, +1,000 AI credits €50 per month.
  • More regulations? Add a second module at list price - EUDR €850, PPWR €850, DPP €350, connectors from €200.
  • Several companies in the group? Enterprise includes three legal entities, SSO, phone support and a named account manager, from €4,000 / month.
  • Upgrading mid-term? The unused part of your prepayment is credited against the new plan.

Questions we get about Premium

Which module is included?

Any one of them: EUDR (EU TRACES), PPWR/EPR compliance, Digital Product Passport, Product Catalogue, GS1 Trade Sync, GS1 Packaging, IceCat, Den Store Klimadatabase, LCA, Byggebasen, NOBB, Shopify or WooCommerce. You choose it in the proposal; further modules are added at list price. Each module carries its own included usage.

How do service credits work?

If monthly uptime falls below 99.5%, 5% of that month's subscription fee is credited; below 99.0%, 10%. Credits are applied automatically on the next invoice - you do not need to claim them. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure and third-party infrastructure failures are excluded from the calculation.

Why is Premium not self-serve?

Because the module choice, the onboarding and the data model are worth a conversation before you commit €26,040 a year. The call is short and ends in a written proposal; there is no negotiation on the standard terms.

What is the difference between Premium and Enterprise?

Enterprise is for groups: three legal entities included, 50,000 products, 2,000 suppliers, two modules, SSO, phone support, a named account manager, a 99.8% target with credits up to 15%, and 12-36 month agreements. Premium is one entity with one module and the 99.5% SLA.

Can I pay monthly or quarterly?

Premium is invoiced annually in advance with 30 days payment terms. Packs and modules are billed monthly on the same invoice. Other invoicing rhythms are possible on Enterprise agreements.

What does guided onboarding cover?

Setting up your workspace, data model, supplier import and the included module with our team over the first weeks. Data-migration from legacy systems and ERP integration are scoped separately as expert hours or a project.

Does using Prduct make my company compliant?

The platform structures your product, supplier and documentation data so regulatory work becomes manageable. It is not legal advice, and it does not take over your obligations under EUDR, PPWR, producer-responsibility rules or other legislation. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data and submissions.

How do I cancel?

The plan runs in 12-month terms and renews annually. Cancel by email with 90 days' notice before the renewal date. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.
See where your supply chain risk actually sits.

Bring us your supplier list and your hardest regulation. In 45 minutes you'll see your own data in Prduct - not a generic demo.
