Supplier account · Free

Your customer runs Prduct. Your account is free.

When a company that uses Prduct invites you as a supplier, you get your own account at no cost. You answer their data requests, upload documents and keep your product data in one place - and everything you share with that customer counts against their plan, not yours.

  • No fee, no term, no card - for as long as a paying customer has you connected
  • Answer one customer or twenty from the same account; each connection is unlimited
  • Keep your own products and documents in a small space of your own

How it works

Three steps from invitation to delivered data.

You never buy anything. A customer on a paid Prduct plan invites you; the account, the requests and the modules you need to answer them come with the invitation.

1 Your customer invites you

You receive an email from a company that uses Prduct. Create your login, confirm your company, and you are connected to that customer's workspace.

2 You see exactly what they need

Data requests arrive as a list: company documents, product data, certificates, geolocations, packaging composition. Each one tells you what, for which products and by when.

3 You deliver - once

Fill in the request, upload the document or connect your product data. It is stored with you and shared with every customer who asks for the same thing, so you stop sending the same PDF to five inboxes.

What you can do

Everything a supplier is asked for, in one place.

The supplier account is the same platform your customers use, opened up for the tasks that land on your side of the relationship.

Answer data requests

See every open request from every connected customer, with deadlines and status. Answer in the platform instead of by email.

Manage your documents

Certificates, declarations, test reports and company documents live in your account with validity dates. Share them with any customer who needs them.

Keep your products in order

Product, component and packaging data structured once, with attributes and documents at the level they belong. Connected products are unlimited.

Serve several customers

One account, many connections. What you deliver to one customer can be reused for the next - you decide what each customer sees.

Use your customers' modules

If a customer runs EUDR, PPWR or the Digital Product Passport, you can answer their requests in that module without buying it. It is sponsored by them.

Bring your colleagues

Up to five users on your account - quality, sales and logistics can each answer the requests that belong to them.

Limits

Your own space is small. Your connections are not.

Everything connected to a customer who invited you is excluded from your own count - it lands in their supplier allowance. Your own space is for products and documents no customer has asked for yet.

Sponsored modules follow the sponsor: if a customer downgrades or cancels, the module disappears from your account too. Your own data stays.

For the customer

Inviting suppliers costs you nothing extra.

Suppliers you invite are counted in your plan's supplier allowance - 25 on Starter, 250 on Essential, 500 on Premium, 2,000 on Enterprise - and nothing else. Their accounts, users and the modules they answer in are on us.

  • One invitation per supplier, sent from the platform; you see when it is accepted
  • Requests, deadlines and reminders run inside Prduct - no chasing by email
  • Documents arrive structured and versioned, at the level they belong
  • Need more suppliers than your plan holds? Packs of +100 from €29 a month

Questions from suppliers

Is the supplier account really free?

Yes. There is no fee, no term and no card. The account exists because a paying Prduct customer invited you, and it stays free as long as at least one customer has you connected. If every connection ends, your own space remains and you can keep using it within its limits or move to a paid plan.

Who can see my data?

Only the customers you are connected to, and only what you share with each of them. Your own space is private. A document shared with one customer is not visible to another unless you share it with them too.

I supply several Prduct customers. Do I need several accounts?

No - one account, one login. Each customer connection is separate, and what you have already uploaded can be shared with the next customer in a click.

Can I use EUDR or the Digital Product Passport without paying for it?

If a customer who runs that module has invited you, you can answer their requests inside it at no cost. The module is sponsored by them and disappears from your account if they stop subscribing. Using a module for your own purposes requires a paid plan.

What happens if a customer stops using Prduct?

Their connection ends and anything sponsored by them (modules, the unlimited connected products) goes with it. Your own products and documents stay in your space within the free limits, and other customer connections are unaffected.

Can I get support?

The help center is written for suppliers as well as customers. There is no support channel on the free supplier account; if a request is unclear, the customer who sent it is the right person to ask.

We want to use Prduct for our own suppliers too. What then?

That is a paid plan - Micro or Starter for small companies, Essential and up for larger ones. Your existing supplier account and all its data carry over; you simply gain your own limits, support and modules.
