Prduct Essential · Self-serve plan

Room for the whole team, the whole range and your first integration.

Essential is where a product-data operation stops being one person's spreadsheet. Unlimited users, 2,500 products, 250 suppliers, a real API allowance and your own domain - still self-serve, still a fixed price.

  • Unlimited users - bring purchasing, quality, product and compliance into one workspace
  • 100,000 API requests a month: enough for a real ERP or shop integration

Who it is for

Built for teams that have outgrown Starter.

No eligibility criteria - Essential is for any company whose product data has become a team sport: several departments in the platform, a few hundred suppliers, and an ERP or shop that needs to talk to it.

A whole team

Unlimited users on one legal entity. Everyone who touches product data works in the same place, with roles and audit logs.

A real range

2,500 products, 250 suppliers and 100 customers, with 50,000 other documents and 100 GB of assets.

A first integration

100,000 API requests, 10,000 MCP requests and 100,000 rule executions a month - sized for one ERP or shop sync.

Essential covers one legal entity. Groups and subsidiaries belong on Enterprise. Need a service level with credits and an included module? That is Premium.

Scope

What is in, and what is not.

Essential is the platform with self-serve onboarding, email and chat support ahead of Starter in the queue, and soft limits on metered usage - you are warned, never cut off mid-month.

Included in Essential

  • Product data management - structured product, component and packaging data with attributes and documents
  • Supplier and customer connections - invite partners to deliver and receive data and documentation directly
  • Compliance tracking - map your products to the EU requirements that apply (EUDR, PPWR/EPR and more)
  • Risk and due diligence - risk scoring, action cards and the supplier world map
  • Document storage - 50,000 other documents and 100 GB of assets
  • API and automation - 100,000 API requests, 10,000 MCP requests and 100,000 business-rule executions per month
  • AI credits - 750 per month for document checks and analysis
  • Custom domain and mail domain - supplier portals and requests under your own name
  • Single sign-on (SSO) - included on every paid plan
  • Email and chat support - Monday to Friday, 9:00-16:00 CET, handled ahead of Starter

Not included

  • Service credits or compensation for downtime (from Premium)
  • Included modules - EUDR, DPP, PPWR and connectors are added at list price
  • Onboarding, implementation or data-migration projects
  • Dedicated contact person or phone support
  • Additional legal entities, subsidiaries or shared workspaces
  • Legal or regulatory advice - the platform structures your work; you own the obligation

Need a hand? Book expert hours at €200 / hour (excl. VAT), billed after the fact. Technical and practical help - never compliance advice.

Service level, plainly

Targets and a support channel - no credits yet.

Essential runs under the Starter-tier SLA with one difference in practice: your requests are handled ahead of Starter and Micro. Service credits start at Premium. Here is the short version.

Read the full SLA
Uptime
99.0% monthly target. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure and third-party infrastructure failures are excluded. No service credits on Essential.
Support
Email and chat, Monday-Friday 9:00-16:00 CET, excluding Danish public holidays. Essential requests are handled ahead of Starter and Micro.
Response targets
Critical: 24 business hours. High: 48 business hours. Standard: 96 business hours. Response means first contact, not resolution.
Security
AWS hosting in the EU, two-factor authentication, TLS encryption. Controls aligned with ISO 27001 (certification in progress).
Your data
Regular backups. Export in CSV/Excel at any time. Master data is retained while the subscription is active; after cancellation, data is available for export for 30 days.
Term and notice
12-month term, renewed annually. Cancel with 90 days' notice before renewal. Prices may be adjusted at renewal by up to 10%.

This is a summary for orientation only. The SLA and the subscription terms are the binding documents.

How it works

From request to live workspace in three steps.

1 Tell us who you are

Company name, registration number and the person signing. We reply with a fixed offer and a link to the terms, SLA and data processing agreement - the same for everyone.

2 Accept the terms

You accept by replying to the offer. No negotiation, no custom paperwork - that is what keeps the price where it is.

3 Pay the invoice, get access

The first year is invoiced up front. Your workspace is activated when payment is registered, usually within 1-2 banking days, and the help center takes you from there.

When you grow

Essential scales in two directions.

Stock limits are hard, metered limits are soft: you see 80%, 90% and 100% warnings and keep working up to a 110% fair-use tolerance. When a dimension keeps growing, add a pack; when everything does, Premium is the next step.

  • One dimension outgrowing the rest? Packs on Essential: +100 suppliers or customers €50, +1,000 products €50, +100,000 API requests €50, +1,000 AI credits €50 per month.
  • Hit several limits? Premium (€2,170 / month) has 10,000 products, 500 suppliers, 1,000,000 API requests, a 99.5% SLA with credits and one module included.
  • Upgrading mid-term? The unused part of your prepayment is credited against the new plan.
  • Need a module? EUDR (€850), PPWR (€850), DPP (€350) and the data-pool connectors can be added to Essential at list price.

Questions we get about Essential

What is the difference between Starter and Essential?

Scale and priority. Essential lifts users to unlimited, products from 250 to 2,500, suppliers from 25 to 250 and API requests from 5,000 to 100,000 a month, includes a custom domain, treats metered limits as soft, and puts your support requests ahead of Starter. Both run the same platform and the same Starter-tier SLA.

What does a soft limit mean?

Metered usage - API, MCP, rule executions and AI credits - is not blocked when you reach 100%. You are warned at 80%, 90% and 100%, keep working, and we tolerate up to 110% before we contact you about a pack or the next plan. Stock limits (users, products, suppliers, documents, storage) remain hard.

Can I pay monthly?

Essential is €935 per month, invoiced annually in advance (€11,220 excl. VAT) with a 12-month term. Packs and modules are billed monthly on the same invoice. Monthly card payment is on our roadmap.

Is the custom domain really included?

Yes. Supplier portals, data requests and notification mails run under your own domain and mail domain at no extra cost on Essential and above; on Starter it is a €25 add-on.

Which SLA applies?

The Starter-tier SLA: 99.0% monthly uptime target, email and chat support on business days, 24/48/96 business-hour response targets, no service credits. Essential requests are prioritised ahead of Starter. Credits and shorter response targets start at Premium.

Can I get help setting up?

The help center is written for self-service, and chat and email support are there for questions along the way. If you want hands-on help, you can book expert hours at €200 per hour (excl. VAT), billed after the fact - technical and practical hours, not legal or regulatory advice.

Does using Prduct make my company compliant?

The platform structures your product, supplier and documentation data so regulatory work becomes manageable. It is not legal advice, and it does not take over your obligations under EUDR, PPWR, producer-responsibility rules or other legislation. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data and submissions.

How do I cancel?

The plan runs in 12-month terms and renews annually. Cancel by email with 90 days' notice before the renewal date. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.
