Who it is for

Built for groups, not for a single company.

Enterprise is for organisations that need subsidiaries, brands or countries in one account with shared suppliers and consolidated reporting - and for procurement and IT teams who need SSO, a real SLA and someone to call.

Several companies, one account

Three legal entities included, each with its own products, suppliers and customers - and group-level views across them. More entities at €335 / month.

Thousands of suppliers

2,000 suppliers and 1,000 customers with their documents, 50,000 products, 2,000,000 other documents and 2 TB of assets in the Standard tier.

IT and procurement requirements

SSO, 2FA enforced organisation-wide, 2M API requests a month, full API access, guaranteed response times and a named account manager.

Standard capacity covers 3 legal entities, 2,000 suppliers and 50,000 products. Larger organisations move to the Extended or Full capacity tier rather than buying packs one by one.

Scope

What is in, and what is agreed per customer.

Enterprise is the platform at group scale, two modules, an implementation project, the Enterprise-tier SLA and a named account manager. Capacity, term and invoicing rhythm are set in the agreement.

Included in Enterprise

  • Product data management - structured product, component and packaging data with attributes and documents
  • Supplier and customer connections - invite partners to deliver and receive data and documentation directly
  • Compliance tracking - map your products to the EU requirements that apply (EUDR, PPWR/EPR and more)
  • Risk and due diligence - risk scoring, action cards and the supplier world map
  • Two modules included - typically EUDR and PPWR/EPR; the rest at a preferential rate
  • Three legal entities - subsidiaries, brands or countries with shared suppliers and consolidated reporting
  • API and automation - 2,000,000 API requests, 100,000 MCP requests and 2,000,000 business-rule executions per month
  • AI credits - 4,000 per month for document checks and analysis
  • SSO and 2FA enforced organisation-wide
  • Implementation project - scoped rollout with our team, then a named account manager and quarterly reviews
  • Dedicated email, chat and phone support - Monday to Friday, 9:00-16:00 CET

Agreed per customer

  • Capacity tier - Standard is included; Extended (+€2,500) and Full (+€3,500) are agreed when needed
  • Term and invoicing rhythm - 12 to 36 months; annual, half-yearly or quarterly invoicing
  • Implementation scope, data migration and integrations - defined in the project plan
  • Technical account manager - available for larger deployments
  • Business-continuity and escrow arrangements - on request
  • Legal or regulatory advice - the platform structures your work; you own the obligation

Implementation and integration are scoped as a project in the agreement. Ongoing expert hours are available at €200 / hour (excl. VAT). Technical and practical help - never compliance advice.

Service level, plainly

99.8%, four-hour critical response, someone who knows your account.

The Enterprise-tier SLA is the strongest we offer: a 99.8% monthly uptime target with credits of 5%, 10% and 15%, guaranteed response times on business days, phone support, geo-redundant continuous backups with 365-day recovery, and a named account manager with quarterly reviews. Here is the short version.

How it works

From first conversation to a group-wide rollout.

1 Talk to us

We map your group: entities, supplier base, regulations, systems. You get a written proposal with capacity tier, modules, term and an implementation plan.

2 Agree and sign

One agreement covering the subscription, the Enterprise-tier SLA, the data processing agreement and the project plan - with your procurement and legal teams in the loop.

3 Roll out, entity by entity

Our team runs the implementation with yours, then hands over to your named account manager, quarterly reviews and phone support.

When you grow

Enterprise grows by capacity tier, not by pack.

All limits are soft under a fair-use rule: nothing is ever blocked without a conversation. When the group grows, you move from Standard to Extended or Full capacity in one step - or add entities and packs for the odd dimension.

  • Extended capacity (+€2,500 / month): 15,000 suppliers, 5,000 customers, 100,000 products, 4M documents, 4 TB, 4M API requests, 200k MCP, 4M rule executions, 6,000 AI credits.
  • Full capacity (+€3,500 / month): 20,000 suppliers, 10,000 customers, 150,000 products, 5M documents, 5 TB, 5M API requests, 300k MCP, 5M rule executions, 8,000 AI credits.
  • Another subsidiary? Additional legal entities at €335 / month each.
  • The odd dimension? Packs at the lowest rate: +100 suppliers €29, +1,000 products €29, +100,000 API requests €20 per month.

Questions we get about Enterprise

What does "from €4,000" mean?

€4,000 a month is the Standard capacity tier on a 12-month agreement: 3 legal entities, 2,000 suppliers, 50,000 products, 2 TB, 2M API requests and two modules. Longer terms, higher capacity tiers, extra entities and further modules change the figure; the proposal states it exactly.

How do the two included modules work?

You pick any two - most groups take EUDR and PPWR/EPR. Further modules are added at a preferential rate rather than list price. Each module carries its own included usage (for example 10,000 DDS a month on EUDR) shared across the group.

How are subsidiaries handled?

Each legal entity is a team with its own products, suppliers, customers and users, under one group account with shared suppliers and consolidated views. Three are included; more are €335 a month each. Users are unlimited across the group.

What do the service credits look like?

Below 99.8% monthly uptime, 5% of the monthly fee is credited; below 99.5%, 10%; below 99.0%, 15%. Response times are guaranteed on business days: 4 hours for critical, 8 for high, 24 for standard. Scheduled maintenance and third-party infrastructure failures are excluded.

Can we get SSO, escrow or a technical account manager?

SSO is included on every paid plan. A technical account manager is available for larger deployments, and business-continuity or escrow arrangements can be added to the agreement on request.

How is the implementation run?

As a scoped project in the agreement: data model, entity setup, supplier import, integrations and the two modules, rolled out entity by entity with our team. After go-live you move to your named account manager, quarterly reviews and phone support.

Does using Prduct make my company compliant?

The platform structures your product, supplier and documentation data so regulatory work becomes manageable. It is not legal advice, and it does not take over your obligations under EUDR, PPWR, producer-responsibility rules or other legislation. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data and submissions.

How do I cancel?

The plan runs in 12-month terms and renews annually. Cancel by email with 90 days' notice before the renewal date. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.
