Superwood has integrated all supplier data onto product.com, allowing them to track and update information in real-time. This is crucial for documenting work with suppliers and ensuring traceability of materials, as well as making sure they comply with the latest legal requirements
Product Data
The platform has enabled Superwood to expand its portfolio from 200 generic products to over 2,000 unique products. Each product now contains detailed information, making it easy to answer customer questions about everything from the origin of materials to specific chemical treatments. This transformation has allowed Superwood to think more digitally and better support future digital sales channels.
Component Data & Integrations
Superwood has streamlined its internal data management by integrating with external systems via product.com. This includes key platforms like Byggebasen and NOBB, ensuring that product data is updated. Additionally, there are plans to integrate with more databases in the future.
EUDR
Ensured full traceability of materials and compliance with the EUDR, which required extensive collection and maintenance of supplier data. Additionally, to be able to perform risk analysis and due diligence on raw materials.
