# Prduct

PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, **Regulation (EU) 2025/40**) is a directly-binding EU regulation covering packaging classification, recycled content, recyclability grading, labelling, reuse, deposit-return and extended producer responsibility (EPR). It replaces the former EU Packaging Directive (94/62/EC), entered into force in February 2025, and applies generally from **12 August 2026**, with further duties phasing in through 2030.

- Connects to ERP and BI through a documented, versioned **public API**, and files directly to the EU's TRACES system for EUDR.
